How we handle your information

Last updated: 23 October 2026

Sarotia (sarotia.com) builds software for businesses. This page explains what this website keeps about you, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What the contact form keeps. When you send a message we keep your name, email address and phone number; your company and the product you asked about, if you give them; your message, the language of the page, your IP address and your browser's name. We use them only to answer you and to keep our own record of the conversation.

How long we keep it. At most 24 months after our last reply — unless you become a client and the conversation is part of our work together.

Visitor statistics and advertising. To see which pages are useful we use Google Analytics 4, and to measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising we use the Meta Pixel. Both place cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and tell Google or Meta which pages you viewed and on what kind of device. Cloudflare protects the site and counts visits without cookies. We do not sell your information or use it for anything else.

Your choices. You can block these cookies in your browser's settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on for Analytics. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to us at the address below — we answer within 30 days.

Changes. When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
